Apricot Cream cheese Danish

Flaky puff pastry with a scrumptious cream cheese and apricot filling.

Ingredients You'll Need

– puff pastry  – dried apricots chopped –  sugar – cream cheese  – ricotta cheese – powdered sugar – lemon zest – vanilla

Cook apricots

Make the cream cheese mixture

Cut puff pastry into squares and add cream cheese & apricots

Fold over and brush with egg wash

Bake until golden brown
