Blackberry Pie

Perfectly sweet berries with a flaky double crust, a great way to end the summer

Ingredients You'll Need

– double pie crust – sugar –  tapioca flour –  blackberries –  lemon juice – butter  – egg – demerara sugar

Coat the blackberries with flour & sugar

Add to a pie crust with butter

Cut strips of pie crust

Start in 1 direction

Then add to the  direction

Bake until golden brown

Let cool then slice
