A vanilla wafer pie crust in a pie dish.

Vanilla Wafer Pie Crust (Easy Homemade Recipe)

Made with crushed vanilla wafers, brown sugar, and melted butter, this vanilla wafer pie crust comes together in just minutes and bakes up firm and lightly sweet. It’s a great alternative to graham cracker crust when you want something more mellow that won’t overpower a creamy filling. Ready in about 15 minutes from start to finish, this crust works for cream pies, cheesecakes, and no-bake desserts, and it’s easy to make ahead.
