Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 4 ounce white chocolate bars
  • 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
  • 1 ½ cups pretzel pieces

Instructions

  • Break up the white chocolate into pieces and place in a large microwave safe bowl. Add milk chocolate and semisweet chocolate and microwave on 50% power for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until just melted.
  • While still hot, add the pecans and pretzels and stir to combine. Spoon out onto parchment paper and allow to cool for about 1 hour until set.

Notes

  • These are even better if you toast the pecans first.
  • You can use other types of nuts like walnuts or peanuts.
  • Mix up the chocolate combination but don't leave out the white chocolate.
