These No-Bake Chocolate Clusters are made with 3 different types of chocolate, chopped pecans, and pretzel pieces. You only need 5 ingredients, one bowl, a microwave, and 10 minutes of prep time. With a bit of melting and stirring, you’ll have chocolatey, crunchy clusters that melt in your mouth. Perfect for the holidays or whenever you’re craving a simple dessert that hits the spot.

Chocolate Pecan Pretzel Clusters
If you’ve got ten minutes, a bag of chocolate chips, and a craving that won’t quit, these little chocolate nut clusters are about to become your new favorite.
They’re crunchy, salty, sweet, and just messy enough that you’ll find yourself “accidentally” licking melted chocolate off your fingers. No oven. No fancy equipment. Just one bowl, a microwave, and a little patience while they set.
The texture reminds me of a cross between my marshmallow brownie bars and those chewy no-bake peanut butter dessert bars I grew up making. The same kind of snackable energy, but in bite-sized, pop-in-your-mouth form. Perfect when you need something to round out a cookie tray or when you don’t feel like rolling out dough or turning on the oven.

The method couldn’t be easier. Melt chocolate until it’s smooth and glossy, stir in a handful of pecans and some crunchy pretzel pieces, and drop little mounds onto parchment. Walk away, let them set, and you’re done. That’s it.
The combination of chocolate makes are what make these so special, especially the addition of rich white chocolate. They’re rich without being overly sweet, and the pretzels and pecans add a nice crunch with a bit of salt.
What Goes Into Every Bite-Sized Cluster
You only need a few basic ingredients to make this recipe. Make sure to check the recipe card for the full list.

- Milk chocolate chips: Use your favorite brand.
- Semisweet chocolate chips: Balances the milk chocolate with deeper, richer flavor, so it’s not overly sweet.
- White chocolate bars: Bring in extra richness and help the clusters set. Break into small pieces to melt evenly.
- Chopped pecans and pretzel pieces: Add crunch and a salty, crisp contrast to the sweet chocolate.
Easy Ways to Make Them Your Own
- Pecans: Swap the pecans with walnuts, almonds, or peanuts for a different flavor.
- Chocolate: Use dark chocolate instead of semisweet chocolate for a more intense flavor.
- Pretzels: Swap with crushed cookie pieces or toffee bits.
Make Chocolate Clusters in 10 Minutes
Step One: Melt the Chocolate

Step Two: Mix In the Pecans and Pretzels
Toast the pecans: Spread the pecans on a baking sheet and toast in the oven at 350ºF for 6-7 minutes until the nuts are slightly browned. Transfer to a bowl to finish cooling before mixing them with the chocolate. This step is optional but adds a nice layer of flavor.

Step Three: Scoop and Set

That’s it, holiday treat, party snack, or late-night craving handled in about the time it takes to clean up the bowl.
