Oreo Cookie Crust Recipe (2 Ingredients)

Forget store-bought! This Oreo Cookie Crust uses crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter to create the perfect Oreo crust. The crust is popped into the oven for a quick bake to set the crumbs, and then it's ready to use for your favorite desserts that need an extra layer of indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 16 Oreos
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325º. Lightly butter a 9 inch pie plate.
  • Add Oreos to a food process and process until finely ground. Add melted butter and process just to incorporate, with 3-4 pulses. Place in the pie plate and evenly spread it on the bottom and up sides using a flat bottom dry measuring cup to pat it into place. Bake for 13 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.

Notes

  • You don't have to bake the pie crust, you can refrigerate for 30 minutes instead before filling.
  • This recipe will work for any flavor of Oreos but will not work for Double Stuffed Oreos.
